About Us
Katrina Russell Adams is a London-based artist whose work is defined by bold pattern, vibrant color, and a deep interest in people and place. Her practice spans printmaking, public art, and socially engaged projects—always rooted in a desire to connect, communicate, and co-create.
Using geometric abstraction as a visual language, Katrina explores how our environments shape us, and how we shape them in return. Her compositions, often inspired by architectural forms, urban rhythms, and cultural narratives, invite reflection on community, identity, and collective memory.
A Visual Language of Connection
Katrina’s work balances the structural and the playful—layering shape, repetition, and symmetry to create visually striking yet emotionally grounded pieces. From screenprints to large-scale murals, she uses pattern as a means of storytelling, a way to reflect the world around her and make space for new ways of seeing.
Her art is as much about process as it is product. Each piece is the result of careful research, hands-on making, and often, collaboration with others.
A Commitment to Community
At the heart of Katrina’s practice is a belief in creativity as a powerful tool for inclusion and connection. She regularly works with schools, galleries, and community organizations to deliver workshops, talks, and co-created artworks.
Whether facilitating a hands-on printing session or leading a public mural project, Katrina’s approach is welcoming, empowering, and joyful—ensuring that everyone involved feels seen, valued, and creatively engaged.
